We want to help women rock unique dresses at each event without spending a fortune. Buying and renting gently-worn clothing is still the best way to get the most value so we will continue to support our user-to-user marketplace, but we heard your feedback and understand sometimes you prefer to have a dress that has never been worn. In order to cater to all of our users, we decided to expand the scope of our website while ensuring you still get great value. We’ve partnered with independent sellers who have the latest fashions at more affordable prices than stores or other sites because of their low overhead costs. These individuals usually sell their clothes from their homes to local communities and bring the items from overseas so they are less expensive than items in the United States. By offering their inventory on Our Bazaar, we are helping them reach more potential customers too!

Absolutely! We personally inspect each item to ensure the best quality. All items are clean, have never been worn, and are in excellent condition.
Yes, we can arrange for items to be tailored to your measurements if you like but there will be an extra cost depending on the item. If you are interested in buying an item but would like to know the fee, please contact us!
Yes! Send a note through our messaging system to ask any questions about the item. Sellers will respond within 24-48 business hours.
You can expect to receive your item within 5 business days. You can pay for expedited shipping if needed but please contact us to verify the cost and timing.
If the item has not yet been shipped, you can log in to your account and cancel the order easily and we will refund 100% of your money. If the item has already shipped we will still refund 100% of your money but you will be charged the return shipping fee. Please submit a cancellation request through your Orders page and send the item back within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not send within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund.
Rest assured we offer free returns on brand new items that have not been altered! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to mail the item back. We will refund 100% of your money after the item is received, no questions asked. Note if the item has any defects or has visible signs of usage you will not receive a refund.
